The Clinical Supervisor provides administrative, educational and clinical support to hospital and nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient operations for the delivery of high quality patient care. In collaboration with leadership staff, contributes to an environment which promotes excellence in clinical practice, staff education, and unit operations.

Direct and assist Koch Center staff in determining work priorities and making decisions to ensure that the needs of patients and their families are met efficiently and effectively.
Analyze research findings and data from a variety of sources to recommend changes which improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations and institutional systems.
Provide clinically expert care to patients and families with complex care requirements and/or in medical emergencies. Validates patient assessments and clinical decisions of staff.
Cross-coverage for Main Campus Inpatient Units, if needed.
NYS (New York State) RN License
Masters degree (MSN highly preferred) and a Bachelors of Nursing (BSN). Candidates with a BSN and matriculating in a MS program will be considered
3-5 years of clinical experience and leadership skills
National RN Specialty Certification required.
Hours: 12 hour flex night shifts with weekend rotation
