Mitchell Hamline School of Law is seeking candidates for a visiting faculty position teaching legal analysis, research & writing beginning as early as December 2019. This is a full-time, one semester position.
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or foreign equivalent degree required. Rank and compensation subject to individual qualifications and experience. Distinguished academic and/or professional background expected. Candidates with in-depth knowledge of writing pedagogy and experience developing or implementing a writing curriculum at a programmatic level are preferred. Candidates of color, women, people of any sexual orientation or gender identity, veterans, and persons with disabilities are particularly encouraged to apply.
The Faculty Appointments Committee requests that interested candidates submit a letter of application, current résumé, writing sample, and list of three references.
