Assist the head lacrosse coach by introducing advanced women’s lacrosse skills and techniques. Assist with daily practice planning and implementation. Provide expert game analysis.
Assist in the teaching and supervision of William Smith lacrosse student-athletes.
Demonstrate competency in sport skill instruction, motivation, and the ability to conduct practice sessions under the direction of the head coach.
Assist with recruiting prospective student-athletes under the direction of the head coach.
Adhere to all sport governing, department, and institutional rules and policies.
Demonstrate a sincere interest in the personal, academic and athletic progress of student-athletes.
Exhibit supportive and cooperative behavior pursuing sport program goals set by the head coach.
Demonstrate leadership ability and professional behavior when coaching student-athletes.
Efficiently and effectively complete tasks assigned by the head coach or full time assistant coach.

Bachelor’s degree required. Candidate must have played or coached lacrosse at the collegiate level for a minimum of two years.
This is a part-time, five (5) month, non-benefits-eligible, administrative position. This position description is not all-inclusive as other tasks or responsibilities may be assigned.
