The County of San Mateo (SMC) Human Resources Department is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to direct activities and develop and implement goals related to talent acquisition and recruitment examination. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, this manager has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition Division which provides centralized recruitment services to all County departments.
