As a member of the End User Services team, this individual provides technical support of computer and audiovisual resources and events.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide all aspects of computer support for students, faculty, and staff as assigned;
Perform desktop and printer maintenance;
Make necessary arrangements for outside repair as assigned;
Monitor computer lab activity and classroom IT needs;
Support College-wide and multi-campus audiovisual services in classrooms, meeting rooms, and auditorium;
Monitor IT Help Desk requests;
Other duties as assigned.

Experience troubleshooting audiovisual equipment and computers;
Experience working in a multi-user environment supporting users at different levels;
Previous operating systems experience, such as Windows 7, Windows 10, and Mac OS.
Previous experience maintaining and trouble-shooting software applications and PC hardware;
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Sensitivity and commitment to the goals of Affirmative Action and workforce diversity;

Demonstrated commitment to working with underserved students
Salary Range: $18.75 per hour,
Classification: Part time not to exceed 18 hours per week
