As a Lincoln Military Housing Regional Administrator you are responsible for ensuring consistent message to sites related to policy and procedures.
Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support Regional Property Managers on all administrative duties.
Prepare quarterly bonus templates from District ManagersA for Regional Property Managers to review and approve.
Receive and review monthly variance reports from District Managers and ensure they are accurate and distributed to Regional Property Managers and Asset Management.
Prepare information generated from Yardi on quarterly compliance surveys.
Work directly with Marketing Coordinator to ensure consistency in materials used by sites.
Oversee updates of Welcome Books for the sites.
Oversee correspondence to residents and ensure consistency.
Develop templates in Yardi for resident communication.
Make recommendations on making sites jobs more efficient.
Update all market surveys twice per year.
Develop training tools that will assist in sites better understanding policy and procedures.
Review final audit reports and track trends of areas that need improvement.
Work with departments (Housing, Accounting, IT) and sites to ensure smooth communication exchange.
Track trends on areas where we can improve on our customer service to the residents.
Keep management up to date on new roll outs from National.
Review Yardi PO analytics.
Assist with Cap Ex spreadsheets.
Review Yardi reports (Make Ready, Carve Outs).
Assist with monitoring customer surveys. (i.e. low returns, Urgent follow-up in Yardi).
What You Need for Success:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office a Word, Excel and Outlook, Gmail and Google Docs).
Yardi experience preferred but not required.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Flexibility is important.
Strong attention to detail is critical.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Must be able to work effectively with and in a team environment.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods.
High school diploma or GED and college credits required.
Two years business and/or property management experience a plus.
Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings and other work-related activities.
