Develop and implement successful sourcing strategies focused entry level positions to recruit external candidates from national colleges and universities for internships, co-ops and full time positions.
Build long term and strategic relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, community colleges and internal clients, as well as leveraging innovative sourcing technologies for this space.
Represent MAXIMUS at conferences and association meetings at both the national and regional levels to build relationships.
Assist with on-campus interviewing process at select schools to include screening resumes, build interview teams, assessing candidates, and providing feedback and recommendations to stakeholders
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop full cycle college recruitment strategies to meet business-staffing requirements and implement recruiting strategies and solutions to efficiently and effectively hire talented team members from core undergraduate colleges and universities in support of departments such as Finance, Systems, Consulting, and Home Office.
Strengthen brand on select core schools by developing strategic relationships with career services professionals and faculty.
Work closely with Human Capital generalists and internal stakeholders to ensure participation in events such as career fairs and on-campus interviews.
Build social media presence to attract top full-time and internship candidates.
Partner with key internal stakeholders and alumni to devise effective branding strategies at core undergraduate schools.
Ensure that all hiring processes adhere to EEO and OFCCP guidelines and other government compliance requirements.
Organize onsite interview process to include candidate travel, scheduling interviewers, etc.
Utilize Internet search tools and techniques and state-of-the-art sourcing and recruiting of both passive and active candidates.
Associate degree with 0-3 years of experience.
Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
Exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
