Licensed as a pharmacist in the state where work is performed, or eligible for licensure. PREFERRED: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD.) Degree At least three (3) years of professional practice in pharmacy or successful Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency is preferred.
