As a Clinical Development Analyst, you will be working in a collaborative team environment to assist OBIX customers with interfacing mapping and EHR integration projects. Using your clinical knowledge and expertise, you will test new product features as well as create and manage the documentation modules of OBIX. You will work with customers to take documentation customization requests, write customization specifications, configure files to meet those requirements and write and execute customization test scripts.
Participate in focus groups and Product Development meetings for product enhancement and or new product development.
Provide feedback on trends seen in customization requests to Product Development for inclusion in future standard versions of software.
Research new standards, regulation and trends in perinatal healthcare in order to provide our customers with the most up to date documentation to support the delivery of evidence based standardized patient care.
Participate in focus groups, workshops, webinars and conventions to gather current trending information.
Conduct product testing in new product development projects, product enhancements and file preparation using test scripts, testing plans and clinical knowledge.
Review testing results and submit discrepancies, recommending corrective action, when needed.
Customization of OBIX Documentation
Manage customization projects from initial customer contact, through preparation of files for deployment.
Work directly with customer to determine customization needs, providing clinical input, as needed.
Write requirements and test scripts based on requested customizations and modification to OBIX forms, notes, flowsheets and care plans.
Host conference calls and webinars to review customization requests with customers.
Clinical Interface Testing
Assist customers in making sound decisions as to what information to map for ASI interfaces and discrete data.
Actively participates in testing customer interfaces. Liaison between TSRs and clinical implementation through the transition of either a new implementation, or an upgrade.

RN with minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery.
Mother/Baby, Newborn Nursery, and/or NICU experience is a plus.
Present use or strong/long historic use of OBIX.
Experience in clinical software development a plus
Experience in implementation of clinical software a plus
Previous use of an electronic fetal monitoring system and an EHR system.
Proficiency with computer skills including hospital information systems, OB systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Infrequent travel required.
Must have valid government issued ID.
Must live in the Chicagoland area or willing to relocate.
