| ECTC is seeking a Credit for Prior Learning Coordinator to transition workforce students from the workforce training, and re-training classes into degree-seeking students by assisting students in earning college credit through Credit for Prior Learning (portfolios writing), STEP & CLEP Exams, Military Service Credit, Learn by Term, Learn on Demand, and other special exams. These activities will be coordinated with the college's Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and Workforce Solutions departments and community business partners. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Utilize prior learning assessments to measure the college-level knowledge students have gained through day-to-day life and grant credit for that prior learning.
- Work with regional business and industries to build strong processes for Credit for Prior Learning.
- Recruit and transition workforce and military students to credit programs.
- Assist with workforce credit hour conversion to credit programs, when appropriate.
- Advise students of the admission, course registration, financial aid, course selection, and graduation process.
- Implement prescribed communication plan with students including: meetings, phone calls, e-mails, and text messages.
- Interact with students and college leaders at various campus locations.
- Coordinate Associate in Applied Science Apprenticeship Studies Degree
- Manage and analyze data to evaluate program success.
Position Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree and three years related work experience, or equivalent (i.e. Associate's Degree and 5 years related work experience). - Frequent travel to service areas, valid driver's license require.

- Proficient computer skill (Microsoft Office, Student Management Software)
