The Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life and Big Red Resilience & Well-being at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is a full-time professional staff member who will work as part of two advising teams – the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and Big Red Resilience and Well-being. This position will serve as a bridge between the two offices providing support and guidance around alcohol and other drug prevention, emotional well-being support, risk management, bystander intervention, and hazing education for the sorority and fraternity chapters and governing councils on UNL's campus.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience in higher education, fraternity/sorority advising, working with inter/national fraternal organizations, or working in wellness required. Ability to use sound judgement and excellent verbal and written communication is essential. Experience conducting presentations and training workshops necessary.
Master’s degree preferred. Undergraduate or Graduate Membership in an Inter/National Greek-letter organization desirable.
Posted Salary: $47,000 minimum
