Nursing (Hamilton Campus): Assistant/Associate Professor (two tenure-track positions) to teach classroom and clinical instruction for baccalaureate students (pre-licensure and completion); maintain an active research agenda; and provide service to the institution, community and profession.
Faculty in the Department of Nursing advise and recruit students; participate in committees; undertake curriculum development in collaboration with department faculty; conduct scholarly and faculty development activities, and are committed to diversity and inclusive excellence.
Required: Master’s degree in Nursing by date of appointment; minimum of 2 years (24 months) clinical nursing experience; current or eligible for Ohio RN licensure. Appointment as Associate Professor requires established record of research/scholarship.
Consideration may be given to candidates with a doctoral degree in Nursing or related field of study; prior teaching experience at the college level with baccalaureate nursing students; specialty in medical-surgical nursing and/or psychiatric/mental health nursing and/or community health nursing.
