Develop and maintain commercial services provided to members by implementing incentives, rates, tariffs, services and communications consistent with Cooperative, power supplier, and state/federal guidelines.
Assist in development, implementation and reviewing of commercial and key account incentives, economic development, services, marketing, sponsorships, and communications that benefit members, the Cooperative and local communities.
Conduct energy use analysis and verification for members. The analysis may include energy audits, heat loss and gain calculations, review of member usage, metering, and billing history, review of member equipment (verification for Geothermal and Heat Plus Rate, lighting, etc.), and recommendations regarding energy efficiency improvements.
Provide rate options analysis, suggestions and assistance for current and perspective members to ensure that the member is on the most appropriate rate or that the member is familiar with how the rate(s) will impact their account and options.
Review the developing processing and implementation of incentives, HVAC and builder ally programs to stimulate interest in the marketing programs offered by the Cooperative.
Assists with all other Member Services activities including residential accounts.
Minimum of two years field experience in an electrical or customer service-related field and /or two-year technical degree, which should include electrical and energy applications.
Previous customer service and public relations experience preferred.
Understanding of electrical wiring, HVAC and building construction desired.
Experience with energy efficiency and related activities is required.
Experience with data entry and analysis, problem solving, written and oral reports with extensive contact with the public is required.
Some evening, weekend and/or holidays required. Occasional travel may be required.
