The Fletcher School Office of Admissions and Financial Aid is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and enrollment of students for six degree programs (MA, MALD, MIB, LLM, MATA and Ph.D.). The office is responsible for all matters related to incoming and continuing student financial aid
Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Admissions works with a professional Admissions team to fulfill the enrollment objectives set by the Dean for the school. S/he reads and evaluates applications for admission, participates in the selection process and serves on selection committee, conducts group information sessions for prospective students and represents the university at schools and college fairs during travel to assigned geographic recruitment territory and at alumni and other recruitment events. This individual participates in the development of recruitment strategies and manages specialized recruitment functions such as publications or social media plans. Qualifications Basic Requirement:
