As a member of the Outreach Programs Team, the Assistant Director will provide support to a cohort of the 40+ alumni clubs and groups located throughout the country. Reporting to the Executive Director of Outreach Programs, the Assistant Director strategically assists with and supports the governance, organization, mission and vision of these entities.
The Assistant Director will collaborate with the Executive Director and the other Assistant Director in order to provide training and direction to volunteer leaders who are responsible for individual club programming in specific geographies. The Assistant Director will be responsible for maintaining and tracking club leadership and succession planning. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing metrics, tracking and assessment tools to provide best practice guidance.
This position will also work closely with the Assistant Director for Young Alumni and Student Engagement and the Associate Director of Alumni Professional Development.
