Your Role:

Position Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an approved Nursing Program (BSN preferred)
- Active Tennessee RN license
- 6 months of RN experience (acute Nursing experience preferred)
- OCN and Chemotherapy certification preferred

Unit Summary
Our Extended Care Clinic at the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center is designed to provide our established oncology patient with expert care in the most comfortable setting possible. Our clinic provides additional opportunities for oncology patients to have their symptoms evaluated and addressed by a healthcare provider. Appropriate patients receive supportive care such as blood products, IV fluids, and various other treatments which keep symptoms manageable on an outpatient basis. In addition, we offer oncology patients more scheduling flexibility to receive their chemotherapy treatments. These services greatly increase the comfort and quality of life for all of our patients.
