Womble Immigration Solutions is hiring a Corporate Immigration Paralegal to support its growing transatlantic practice at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP. We are looking for critical thinkers, self-starters, and technical writers with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) plus 3-5 years of corporate immigration experience, preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications and petitions and responding to requests for evidence and other government agency inquiries. Required skills include MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) as well as proficiency with electronic document systems and case management software (Immigration Tracker a plus).
