A key member of the Legal Department’s leadership team, this role will be based in Culver City, California and responsible for public company reporting and securities regulations, as well as capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters. You will be the lead counsel for the preparation and review of quarterly and annual public filings including all Exchange Act filings and earnings announcements. In addition, you will also lead the execution of all financing and securities matters related to major corporate strategic transactions for the Company.

The successful candidate will hold a J.D. from a reputable law school and have a minimum of 6-8+ years’ experience. Local/regional candidates preferred.
