Your Role:
The Manager, Patient Care Services is a leadership role that has comprehensive operational authority and responsibility for designated clinical area(s). Their responsibilities include: fiscal accountability, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of patient/family centered care and service, patient and staff satisfaction, program development, managing and developing teams, and ensuring integration with the clinical enterprise. Provides feedback, coaching and mentoring to less experienced peers and other members of the health care team. The Medical Unit consists of a strong team of engaged staff who value shared decision making and achieving a work/life balance. The team actively pursues opportunities for improvement especially when improvements benefit their patients. The successful candidate will continue to foster teamwork and collaboration amongst team members and will have strong organizational and relationship building skills.
Department/Unit Summary :
The Medicine Unit in coordination with a multi- disciplinary team specializes in the treatment of adult general acute care patients. The unit is comprised of 14 private beds. Nursing staff work closely with medicine providers to lead the unit in order to exceed enterprise metrics in quality and safety as well as financial goals.

Required:
- Master's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Active TN RN license
