DePaul Cristo Rey High School, a Catholic, college-preparatory high school with an innovative work study program located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking an inspirational President to serve as the chief executive officer and spiritual leader of the school. The President provides visionary leadership for the high school that successfully and measurably contributes to its values and unique mission as a Cristo Rey Network school. The President will have had significant management experience and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The President will have direct oversight of the school’s Executive Leadership Team and the primary functions of the high school, including student enrollment, academics, advancement, marketing and communications, finance and operations, and the school’s unique Corporate Work Study Program. The President must be committed to the Catholic traditions of education, service and social justice with the credibility to lead and represent a Catholic organization with integrity.

Salary: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year
Works with the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and other established committees. Implements Board policies, hires and manages the leadership team of the school, and develops and implements school policies.
Implements the mission of DePaul Cristo Rey and the Cristo Rey Network and supports the mission of the Sisters of Charity.
Abides by the 10 Cristo Rey Network Mission Effectiveness Standards.
As the chief spokesperson, promotes the unique mission of the school internally and externally to the school’s various publics, including the Sisters of Charity, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, parishes, alumni, benefactors, corporate sponsors and partners, civic and government leaders, and the general public.
Establish and maintain credibility and visibility in the community, building diverse alliances and relationships with relevant local, state and national partners.
Oversees all administrative aspects of the school; works with the Board and staff to establish overall strategies, goals and objectives for the growth of the school (long-range strategic plans); collaborates with development activities; works closely with the Chief Financial Officer, maintaining oversight of financial operations, financial assets and liabilities of the school; oversees development of the school’s annual budget; works to support Corporate Work Study Program’s business development as a significant revenue source for the school.
Oversees directly the Offices of Advancement, Business Administration & Operations, Corporate Work Study, Marketing/Communications, Admissions, and the Principal, who oversees Academic Administration, Curriculum & Instruction; and other responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
