Simpson College seeks candidates for the position of Director of Foundation and Government Support Programs. This position is the primary grant/proposal writer for the College and will oversee all aspects of the grant writing process including researching, composing, editing, tracking, reporting and stewarding of grants. The Director will work with an experienced development staff and a research driven faculty to initiate, create and manage Simpson College’s requests for support from charitable foundations and government agencies.

Qualifications: Candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree, 3-5 years successful grant writing and relationship building experience. Candidates are expected to possess knowledge of the grant funding process and a willingness to work both independently and in collaboration with college faculty and administrators.
