o Affordable Housing Professional Certification Program o Assessment Administration Program o County Administrators Program o Elected Officials Program o Financial Management Program o Municipal Attorneys o Municipal Clerks Program o NJ Educational Facility Management Program o NJ Local Housing Authority and Redevelopment Agency Program o Planning & Zoning Program o Professional Development Program o Public Purchasing Program o Public Safety Program o Public Works Program o School Transportation Supervisors Certification Program o Tax Collection Program o Train-the-Trainer Program
The position's scope of work will include course development, course material revisions and/or updates, development of online materials or audio-visual presentations. Completed work will be delivered to the administration for review and approval. Ownership of the final product will belong to Rutgers University and may not be produced or used without Rutgers approval.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Preferred experience with hiring unit's relevant program content.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Requires instructional course design or program area experience and knowledge of program content.
o Government or professional certification, if applicable. o Qualified for the positions they hold and the work they do including attainment of relevant and discipline-specific certifications or credentials o Must have direct subject matter knowledge and experience
