Serve as the consultant to a diverse portfolio of Student Organizations assisting the students with the planning, budgeting and implementation of their events. Assist the Office of Student Activities with the planning, budgeting and implementation of existing leadership development programming including the Women’s Leadership Initiative, BOLD leadership workshops, Hot Spot (on-line learning community), and all student development initiatives. Assist with the development and implementation of new leadership development training programs with an emphasis on recognized student organizations. Training and education for student organizations might include programs on self-governance, effective fiscal management, collaborative learning, ethical leadership, exploration of diversity, and service to the university community, and ultimately, society at large. This position will also oversee the new recognized student organization process each semester. This position will include a flex schedule including working evening and weekend events.
