Under supervision of the Director, IT, the Manager, Database & Website is responsible for the day-to-day management of the association’s management system (Microsoft CRM) and CHPA website. Additionally, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented frame of mind, the incumbent collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders, e.g., staff, members, general public, etc., to understand their database and website needs and provide technical solutions. With a rigorous method of quality control, the Manager, Database & Website ensures accuracy in the association’s database and website, and oversees content management, design, functionality, upgrades, and database and website integration.
Manages all aspects of association’s management system (Microsoft CRM), including developing queries, workflows, enhancements and reports.
Performs data cleaning techniques in the CRM and oversees consistency and reliability of CRM reporting functions.
Works with CRM contractors and programmers on system upgrades, enhancements, etc.
Conducts internal training on CRM use, technical requests, and best-practices.
Manages all aspects of the CHPA website, event microsites and integration with Microsoft CRM. Maintains and updates website using Ektron CMS.
Collaborates with staff to query, enhance, design, and add new and existing content.
Serves as liaison between website contractors and the association to develop web-based solutions, including troubleshooting technical challenges, reviewing website-related contracts, etc.
Assists internal and external stakeholders, e.g., staff, members, the general public, etc., with website needs and requests.
Monitors web traffic; collects and analyzes website usage data; and makes recommendations for improvement to senior management, when needed.
Manages internal CHPA SharePoint website, including design and content updates.
Supports Director, IT with providing users with network technical support.
Provides general IT helpdesk support to staff, when needed.
Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding employees.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
The incumbent does not have direct reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related degree field.
3-4 years of relevant experience.
Content management system proficiency (Ektron or similar CMS preferred), including: page layout; graphics design; CSS style sheet; mobile/responsive design; SEO; and Google Analytics reporting.
Microsoft SharePoint proficiency.
Association management system proficiency (Microsoft CRM preferred), with a knowledge of data structures, tables and relationships and web service calls.
MS SQL: Understanding of tables, views, relationships, and scripts.
Microsoft Windows 10; Microsoft Office 365; Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) proficiency.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently, as well as cross departmentally.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to conduct discussions, trainings, email correspondence, etc.
