Coordinate all phases of meeting/workshop reservations and registrations. Assist with set-up, clean-up and preparations for meetings and workshops.
Maintain accurate records of event participants, evaluations and other data used for grants and evaluation of RPDC events and services.
Post, update, and monitor registrations for RPDC workshops/trainings using DESE-sponsored platform -- (currently MyLearningPlan).
Monitor and manage some aspects of expense accounts, reimbursements for contracted activities and financial transactions for RPDC events.
Attend to general office duties in common areas, such as, but not limited to: keep areas tidy and welcoming to guests, keep marketing area updated with current materials, keep drink and snack area adequately stocked, keep kitchen/snack area tidy and organized.
Assist with marketing workshops/trainings by creating flyers, developing quarterly Newsletter, sending group and or individual communications/invitations.
Assist with data collection on specific projects, including, but not limited to data entry for the Collaborative Work Project.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director, such as, but not limited to: making copies, developing and sending group and/or individual communications.
Assist in the planning and preparing for special events - such as guest speakers, awards/recognition banquets -- including, but not limited to: attending to logistics, researching options for awards, hostessing on-site, etc.
Assisting participants with MLP registration and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain office conference room schedule.
A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
Valid drivers license
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Good communication and human relation skills

knowledge of PeopleSoft or financial accounting programs
attention to detail and accuracy in work
good proof reading and grammar skills
knowledge of K-12 school and educational programs
All employees holding this title are expected to improve their operating skills and competency in making use of systems support within management determined time requirements.
