Implement employee benefit programs, ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Retain personnel records and training records. Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
Prepare Payroll using ADP. Will prepare all NRECA reports, schedule all training, process new hires, prepare paperwork for background checks for employees and all contractors. Will handle all Federated insurance matters, employment verification, child support, prepare salary authorizations, and handle employee issues.

Requires a Bachelor Degree and three to five years additional experience in progressively responsible human resource role. Must be able to perform all activities listed in the job description with or without reasonable accommodation. Normally works weekday 7:30am - 4:30pm, but overtime may be required to respond to organizational needs. Some overnight travel may be expected. Will be required to work all inclement weather events.
Must have a valid driver's license and must have a clear background check in accordance with Government regulations, and pass a drug screening.
