This role is responsible for leading the Accenture alliance and continuing to drive revenue growth through that alliance. In carrying out this responsibility, the incumbent will work closely with Businesses, Industry Teams and Sales Regions to assess markets & opportunities and build long term strategies to accelerate growth of the combined offering. This role will also require close collaboration with Accenture to ensure Rockwell Automation interests are well represented within the solution and the Client outcome is being realized. The incumbent is responsible to set strategy to drive sales of complex global client projects where team selling is necessary with multiple sales locations, Alliance and Encompass Partners. In addition to leading the go to market strategy, this role also requires leadership in the Alliance governance, including organizational readiness and business enablement functions required for success.
This person is responsible for leading all strategic activities at the Accenture alliance and any other assigned alliances
The person is responsible for leading efforts that help meet or exceed the annual revenue goals of the alliance and for tracking & reporting all direct-indirect financial impact of the alliance(s)
Must work effectively in a complex commercial team environment involving Global Sales, Marketing and various businesses globally
Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Operation Technology or Information Technology (OT or IT) but have broad functional/technologies knowledge (e.g. Manufacturing, SCM, Analytics, Planning Scheduling, MES, WMS, QMS, PLM, etc.) in the entire Industrial manufacturing enterprise.
Create and deliver presentations to diverse audiences from technical to business management to senior leadership within RA & Partners. Effective relationship building & influencing skills at senior and executive management levels within RA and partner companies is a must.
Being involved with strategic relationships and alliances involving multiple RA businesses and functions is the priority area of focus, and will execute the following tasks:
Manage and grow assigned existing alliance(s) and strategic relationships
Appropriate accompanying commercial and technical programs
Create and execute plans jointly with partner, business groups and the field
Coordinate joint MKT & sales activities and programs with alliance partner
Create and manage joint target account selling by appropriate market segments
Report partner development progress to the RA executive team on a regular cadence
Facilitate "Best Practices" sharing between partner and RA bus units
