Under the supervision and in support of the Associate Dean for Student Life, the Associate Director for Student Life will be responsible for the overall management of the New Student Orientation Program (NSOP), leadership development programs, support for commuter students and first year college transition, and advising student organizations. The Associate Director will contribute to the overall mission and vision of Student Life with a focus on programmatic implementation. The Associate Director is responsible for thoughtful stewardship of College resources.

Required Qualification Summary:
Master's Degree in Student Personnel or related field.
Minimum three years' experience in student activities, leadership development, assessment, programming, dialogue facilitation, and/or advising.
Experience managing and supervising administrative and student employees.
