We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (Resource Employee) to join our team in January 2020. This is a temporary position.
The position will pay $4600 per month.

Source and interview candidates that are aligned with Auxiliary Servicesâ mission and values.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with talent acquisition partners.
Keep candidates abreast of recruitment process to ensure the best candidate experience.
Keep current on best recruitment practices. Utilize social media to reach a wider audience.
Review and evaluate applicant qualifications for positions. Initiate phone screening of candidates, as needed. Interview and recommend to Talent Acquisition Partners placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Determine best avenue in recruiting (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, job fairs, internet, employment agencies, newspapers, and journals).
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. The University reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
What We Prefer:
5 years of directly related recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
Experience sourcing high-volume positions in a union environment in the following industries: hospitality, culinary, hotel, transportation, retail
