The Office of Planning, Analysis and Decision Support is seeking applications for a Programmer Analyst - Expert. This position will directly support UMKC campus SIS ERP PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application and several ancillary applications, which provide support to students throughout their experience at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. This position will provide support for users in the administrative offices of Registration and Records, Financial Aid, and Admissions at UMKC and will work closely with the University of Missouri System Enterprise Applications Support team.
Troubleshoot and support the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Information System for both the Production and Non-Productions environments for the University of Missouri Kansas City
Work with the administrative offices of Registrar (Registration and Records), Cashier's Office, Financial Aid, and Admissions for University of Missouri Kansas City to develop and improve business processes.
Work with users on specifications and requirement gathering for planned system enhancements to the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues and assist with detailed analysis of system functionality for users and leadership of the administrative offices of Registrar (Registration and Records), Financial Aid, and Admissions at UMKC
Design, prepare, and execute all testing phases for application software or infrastructure changes while maintaining change management principles to ensure that there is no negative impact on existing systems and processes.
Fulfill periodic ad-hoc requests for reporting through PeopleSoft Query and SQL analysis
Meet with administrative functional users on a regular basis to review upcoming operational work as well as planned maintenance and review overall support needs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Minimum 3 years' experience working with a ERP product higher education support of student processing, with experience supporting multiple functional areas.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or equivalent ERP product is preferred.
Experience with Information Technology support in higher education SIS ERP system or another large scale ERP system can be substituted for formal experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

$55,000 - $62,000 commensurate with experience and education.
