Under the direction of the Associate Administrator, Application Strategy and Transformation, the Senior Technology Strategist supports organizational initiatives and technology innovation to transform the experience of patients, families, and staff. The Senior Technology Strategist collaborates across the organization to understand and assess the feasibility and application of healthcare innovation opportunities both public and private to ensure alignment with the healthcare systemâs strategic plan. The Senior Technology Strategist supports healthcare technology innovations through the development of standardized intake and evaluation processes ensuring rapid assessment and evaluation of submissions and proposals. Key areas of focus will include data governance, innovation assessment and evaluation, deep structural knowledge of IS platforms and integration, change management, and stakeholder support: â¢Support strategic initiatives that enable operational and clinical efficiency and identify areas of improvement through close collaboration with cross-functional representatives to help find solutions to their toughest issues.â¢Build a strong understanding of innovation opportunities and present fact-based recommendations to leadership to enable effective decisions.â¢Contribute to the design and implementation of an Innovation Idea intake process to include platform and governance development, and process education enterprise-wide. â¢Actively and independently manage relationships and shepherd through new ideas including ownership of engagement, designing and monitoring key metrics, tracking performance, and providing change management guidance.â¢Enable the use of data-analytics and clinical informatics to facilitate change management for clinical, research, and patient care-centered efficiencies.â¢Mentor incoming team members and continue to provide guidance and leadership in their assignments.â¢Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
