This position will perform administrative and professional work to facilitate the efficient operations of the Testing & Student Disability Services office on a temporary basis. Duties may include, but not limited to:
Accept, proctor, file, secure and distribute exams
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Receive and direct visitors and clients
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Handle requests for information and data
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
May advise students with disabilities and accommodations
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a Testing Center is preferred, along with a high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are preferred.
